ReplyDeleteMy favorite holiday memory is definitely last Thanksgiving, which was my first year as a mom. I enjoyed making sweet potato and green bean purees for my daughter, and am excited to see how she reacts to Thanksgiving this year.

ReplyDeleteMy happiest moment/s were both my daughter's first christmases... especially my second daughter's. She was born Dec 9, 2008 but there were complications and I hemmhoraged... I was rushed to the nearest city for surgery and she was left at the hospital in my hometown. I had lost a lot of blood and worried a lot of people... after a few days in the city I got to go back to my hometown hospital to finally hold my baby girl for the first time. The nurses said she obviously missed me because they could see a quick change in her...
I was just so thankful to be there for her first Christmas a few weeks after.
